Shadow Stitch Return Policy

At Shadow Stitch, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Exchanges:

  • We offer direct exchanges if you need a different size option. If you wish to exchange an item please reach out to us for details. (Klarna purchases are excluded from exchanges)

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us at support@shadowstitchclothing.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Ship the item back to us using the instructions provided in our response, or if your located in Winnipeg, Manitoba let us know and we can arrange in person pickup to make it as easy as possible.

  3. Await confirmation of your refund.
