Do you charge tax on your products?

At the moment, we do not charge GST on any of our products. Shadow Stitch is currently operating under Canada’s small supplier threshold, which means we aren’t required to collect sales tax just yet. If that changes in the future, we’ll update our pricing and policies accordingly full transparency, always.

Where do you ship?

Right now, we’re shipping across Canada only.
If you're in the U.S., reach out to us directly, we’ve got a special delivery option just for you. Hit us up at support@shadowstitchclothing.ca or DM @shadowstitchclothingco on Instagram and we’ll make it happen.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically ship within 24–48 hours. Canadian deliveries usually take 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the move.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Just email us at support@shadowstitchclothing.ca with your order number, and we’ll get you sorted.
